Aggravating User Interfaces
I'm in the process of updating the credit cards that Carly and I use for general purposes, and thus - I needed to update my billing information with Rogers (among others). After spending about 10 minutes trying to figure out where the heck I could possibly go in their shiny new account management web-app to update my credit card information, I finally thought I'd try the link that looks like it will change my automatic payments to pre-authorized debit instead of pre-authorized credit card. Of course, that's not what I wanted - but I thought maybe, just maybe I'll be able to somehow in here find a way to update my credit card.
Lo! Hark! Finally I'm given the option to select a new payment method. Why on earth is there no "Update Credit Card" link on that account page? Seriously. Aggravating. Fail.
